Bryan Cawley
Senior Pastor
Bryan Cawley is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for making disciples, strengthening the local church, and advancing the Gospel. With over 20 years of ministry experience, he has served in a variety of pastoral roles—ranging from student and college ministry to senior leadership—always focused on helping people encounter Christ and grow in spiritual maturity.
Bryan’s preaching is firmly rooted in Scripture and intentionally Gospel-centered, aimed at both deepening the faith of believers and reaching those far from God. He leads with a relational and strategic approach, equipping teams and guiding churches to health and mission.
An ordained minister and certified Auxano Vision Clarity Navigator, Bryan brings a strong combination of pastoral care, visionary leadership, and creative problem-solving. He also served as a co-host of the Rookie Pastors Podcast, supporting emerging leaders in ministry.
Bryan holds a Master of Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies from Texas Tech University. His greatest desire is to see lives transformed and churches empowered to impact their communities for Christ.
